Offer Process

As an applicant and potential candidate, you may apply via a job posting, share your resume with a Recruiter, or through a referral. Your resume will be screened by a Recruiter within 2-3 business days to determine if your qualifications align with the specific role.

If your qualifications align, a Recruiter will contact you to schedule a 20-30-minute phone or video screening. (For executive-level positions, typically Director and above, the initial screen may extend to 45 minutes.) During this conversation, the Recruiter will ask about your qualifications and prior experience, dive into more details of the role, and provide a general overview of company culture. This call is typically scheduled within 3-5 business days of a resume screen.

If you are moving forward, the Recruiter may arrange a video interview with the Hiring Manager. This call will explore your qualifications, skills, and interest in joining DrinkPAK. The Hiring Manager will dive deeper into critical job components and expectations. Scheduling this interview typically takes 3-5 business days, depending on schedules.

A Recruiter will reach out to coordinate an onsite interview, typically involving 3 interview loops and a facility tour. While onsite, you will meet with potential team members, cross-functional team members, and company leadership. The interviews are typically structured around core functional skills, behavioral traits, and company culture/values. Coordinating an onsite interview may take up to 5 business days depending on schedules and travel.

Soon after the onsite interview, the Recruiter will contact you to convey the decision. If we are moving forward, the Recruiter will call you to discuss the offer process. If we are not moving forward, specific feedback will be shared.

In this step, a Recruiter will verbally walk you through the offer details, and discuss a potential start date. The next steps are:

  • Sign a conditional offer letter within 2 business days

  • Participate in a criminal background check (and drug test, if required)

  • Complete an online skills assessment via Wonderlic

You may not start employment at DrinkPAK without a cleared background check and a signed offer letter.

Total Recruitment Timeline

The entire recruiting process generally spans 6-8 weeks. We will do our best to ensure a thorough evaluation while still respecting the time and commitment required from candidates and hiring teams. If you have questions during the interview process, don't hesitate to reach out to your Recruiter.

Offer Process

After applying, a Recruiter will review your submission within 2-3 days after applying to determine if your qualifications align with the specific role.

If your qualifications align, a Recruiter will contact you to schedule a 15–20-minute phone or video screening. During this conversation, the Recruiter will ask about your qualifications and prior experience, dive into more details of the role, and provide a general overview of the company culture.

If you are moving forward, you will receive an invitation to complete a SparkHire interview. This is a one-way video platform tool that will ask a series of questions related to the job you have applied to. You will record your answers and upload the video responses to the platform. Once complete, the Hiring Manager will review your answers typically within 2 days and determine next steps. Upon receiving the SparkHire invitation via email, you will have 2 business days to complete the video interview and are allowed a maximum of 3 retakes.

If necessary, an onsite interview will follow. This involves 1 interview with a Supervisor and, depending on the role, a hands-on skills test. **Specifically for Shuttle Drivers: you will be required to pass a Clearing House and drug analysis prior to completing the Shuttle Driver examination.**
